The Wildflower Fiber Retreat Committee decided 17 years ago to gather all our spinning friends and spend a weekend knitting, spinning, dyeing and having a good time!

The idea took off, and has become a springtime tradition. As the retreat grew, so did our friendships, knowledge, creativity and desire to ensure that traditional methods were passed on to the next generation.
Wildflower Fiber Events
As part of our efforts to promote fiber arts in the community, we sponsor the well known
Wildflower Fiber Retreat at Camp Tyler in March of each year.
In addition, we sponsor a
Wildflower Knitting Camp held in August.
This web site will include detailed information on upcoming Wildflower Fiber events, along with an opportunity to register and make payments online.
